Partial
or local Endoscopic Face Lift
procedures
Endoscopic
Glabella
Lift
Access
through minimal incisions positioned over the forehead behind the
hair line. The skin in the area between the eyebrows is lifted and
separated from the underlying mimic muscles. The skin is separated
from the mimic muscle, fat pads are removed and the mimic muscle
can be weakened by a small cut. Then the skin is
repositioned, the fold disappears and the glabella is permanently
smoothed.
Endoscopic
Eyebrow Lift
The
access for the endoscopic lift of the eyebrows is provided by
minimal incisions over the forehead behind the hair line. The skin
in the area of the eyebrows is separated from the underlying
tissue, and repositioned in natural position. Eventually fat pads
are removed or smoothed.
Endoscopic
Forehead
Lift
The
minimal incisions for the forehead are placed above and on the
sidelines of the forehead behind the hair line. The skin is
lifted, fat accumulations are removed, the whole area is
reconstructed, smoothed, refreshed and repositioned. The mimic
muscles can eventually by weakened in
order to prevent the re-formation of the mimic folds.
Endoscopic
Correction of the Nasolabial
Folds
Big
endoscopic correction of nasolabial folds
Access
through minimal incisions placed at the border of the angles of
the mouth and inside the mouth. The SMAS Connective tissue layer
is tightened and repositioned. Fat pads are -depending on
requirement- either removed, shifted or smoothed. The folds are in
this way effectively smoothed. Upon requirement the operation can
be combined with the reconstruction of the lower cheeks and the
jowl. Access is provided through minimal incisions inside the fold
of the lower end of the ears. The SMAS layer is tightened. The
lower cheek area is lifted. The result is fixed with internal (intracutaneous)
resolvable sutures.
Small
endoscopic correction of nasolabial folds
This
version is limited on the removal or refinement of the fat pads in
order to smooth the folds. In this case access is provided by
minimum incisions strategically positioned inside
the fold on the border of the nostrils.
Endoscopic
Mid
Face Lift - area cheeks & zigoma
The
operation is aimed to tighten the relaxed area of the upper
cheeks, ( Zygoma ) and lower eyelids, giving back to the cheek
bone area and lower eyelid area the natural silhouette. The
minimal incisions are strategically positioned behind the hair
line above the ears. The area is slightly lifted toward the hair
line. The SMAS connective tissue is tightened. Both, the SMAS and
the skin are refreshed and repositioned. The result is fixed with
internal resolvable sutures. Endoscopic
Neck Lift & Jowl Lift
Aimed
to tighten the neck and jaw area. Tissue relaxation (jowl) is
effectively corrected. The incisions for the access are placed
inside the skin fold under the ears. Both the SMAS and the
Platysma layer are tightened and moved together with the skin
sideward and upward. The Hypodermic Layers are fixed in the new
reconstructed position by intracutaneous sutures.
